Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and so that this small business does not suffer financially, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we also require a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will depend on appointment availability.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text 07843 242148 during our business hours. You can also leave a voicemail if calling outside business hours, or message us directly through our social media pages. You can also e-mail us at treacletowntherapies@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the changes.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
